Experiencing issues receiving your SMS verification code (OTP)?
If you entered your phone number but did not receive the One-Time Password, below are some common troubleshooting tips to help ensure your verification code has the best chance of being delivered successfully:
Confirm Phone & Provider Settings: Ensure the phone number you provided was valid, and that your phone can receive standard SMS messages. Verify with your mobile operator account (app or website), that not only SMS is configured correctly, but they are not being blocked from automated message services.
Confirm Number Format: Check the phone number you entered including the correct area code and country code (if required). One incorrect digit can prevent OTP from getting to you.
Balance Check: If you are using a "prepaid plan", make sure you have sufficient prepaid balance in your account. Some operators require you to maintain a "minimum balance" to receive incoming SMS - some of which include promotional messages.
Check Spam & Blocked: If you have time, check your phone for junk, spam or blocked messages. Sometimes the legitimate messages get filed there by mistake.
Still No Luck? We suggest contacting your mobile provider directly. They might be able to provide helpful information regarding a possible network issue or block on your account that is preventing SMS delivery.
